Cartoon Running

Lately Anna has been watching the old cartoon Tom and Jerry, and the other day I caught her trying to run like they do in the cartoon. She swings her arms back for momentum and then takes off running. It is one of the funniest things I have ever seen! This is a picture of her "winding up." I will try to get a video. That would be better.

Waitin' on the Muffins

Anna wanted muffins the other day, and she couldn't quite understand why we had to make them first before we could eat them. This was a very good lesson in patience (for both of us!)

Water Baby

This is how Nathan spends his time at the pool. Usually I am sitting on the edge preventing him from plunging off the 3 inch into the 5 feet (where the dark blue line is). When he gets to where I am sitting he just turns around and goes the other way. He seems to think that if he is fast enough he will get there before me. He could do this all day.
