Halloween 2011, Part 1

We had a Halloween party at our church last night, and the kids had a blast! There was a chili, soup, cornbread and pie cook-off (Blair was one of the judges!), and the kids did a carnival. The end of the night was a trunk-or-treat, and the kids brought home WAY too much candy. The little boy in the top picture with Nathan is my friend Duana's son Korbin.

My Birthday

Here's the cake Blair made for my birthday last Sunday. It is three weights stacked up (10 lb, 35 lb, and 45 lb), and the top is the Gold's Gym logo. He changed the words to say "Heidi's B-Day" and made the weight lifter into a woman. For anyone that doesn't know, I teach group fitness classes at Gold's Gym. I thought this cake was awesome! My husband is the best cake maker ever!! :)
