For Grandma
This is a very cute dress Anna got from her Grandma Niederhauser for Christmas. Grandma wanted to see what it looked like on her, so here it is. Whenever Anna gets her picture taken lately, she puts her chin up in the air when you tell her to smile. Most of her pictures lately have been like this one. And don't ask me why she's standing on the kitchen counter. Blair took the picture.
Getting Bigger
I went into Nathan's room the other day, and he had pulled himself up onto his knees in his crib! This may not sound too exciting to some, but it was his first time, and I was very excited and proud of him! He now does it every time I put him in his crib. We finally had to raise the side up so he would settle down and go to sleep.

Happy Valentine's Day!
Here are the flowers Blair sent me for Valentine's Day and the cards we exchanged. Saturday night we watched a movie and had chocolate fondue. I have included the very simple and delicious recipe below.
EASY CHOCOLATE FONDUE
2 packages (12 oz each) semi-sweet choclate chips
1 package (12 oz) milk chocolate chips
1 pint whipping cream
Melt chocolate chips in sauce pan, stirring constantly. Heat whipping cream in microwave until warm but not hot. Slowly add cream to chocolate until it is the right dipping consistency. Ideas for dipping: fruit (we used strawberries, bananas, and apples), cut up angel food or pound cake, marshmallows, pretzels, anything you would dip in chocolate!
I only made half the recipe, and it was more than enough! You can also refrigerate or freeze leftovers and just melt it in the microwave later.

Double Stroller?
Nathan's First Haircut
We had a little haircutting party yesterday, and Nathan got his very first haircut! Sharon was a very patient haircutter, even though she cut hair on five rowdy boys!
